A. Prof. Qiuming Zhu, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China

Qiuming Zhu received his BS in electronic engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanjing, China, in 2002 and his MS and PhD in communication and information system from NUAA in 2005 and 2012, respectively. Since 2012, he has been an associate professor in the Department of Electronic Information Engineering, NUAA. From Oct. 2016 to Oct. 2017 and from June 2018 to Aug. 2018, he was also an academic visitor founded by CSC at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, U. K. He has authored or coauthored more than 120 articles in refereed journals and conference proceedings and holds over 40 patents. His current research interests include channel sounding, modeling, and emulation for the fifth/sixth generation (5G/6G) mobile communication, vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) communication systems. 

朱秋明，男，南京航空航天大学副教授，研究方向为电磁信号传播机理、无线信道测量建模应用、电磁频谱语义孪生以及通信装备智能化测试等，已发表论文100多篇，中英文著作3部，PCT国际专利2项，中国发明专利40余项，电子学会标准1项；主持参与英国EPSRC项目、国家自然科学基金重大科学仪器项目，国家自然科学基金重点项目，全军信息系统装备预研项目及省部级基金项目20余项，企业合作项目30余项；研究成果应用于航天5院、航天8院、中航612所、中电41所和中电54所等多个型号装备测试，并获得探月工程领导小组办公室感谢信，国防科技发明二等奖1项，国防科技进步三等奖2项，江苏省科技进步三等奖1项。担任青岛市导航系统仿真及测试技术重点实验室学术委员，教育部学位和研究生发展教育中心评审专家，江苏省高新技术企业评审专家；IEEE会员，通信学会高级会员，担任《IEEE Transaction on communication》，《IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems》，《IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation》，《IEEE Transaction on Vehicle Technology》，《China Science》和《China Communication》等多家学术期刊长期审稿人，担任多个国际会议组委会和技术委员成员。
