Jing Yin，graduated from Changchun University of Science and Technology, majoring in physics and electronics, master of engineering, associate professor and master's supervisor. Served as Deputy Director of Scientific Research Department. Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Tutor of Jilin Province. Published more than 30 papers, including 1 SCI, 2 EI and 7 core papers of Peking University, Presided over and participated in 12 provincial-level teaching/scientific research projects; granted 1 invention patent and 15 utility model patents, one key research and development project of Changchun Science and Technology Development Plan, one scientific research project of Jilin Provincial Department of Education, and two key projects of higher education reform of the Department of Education have been approved and won 5 awards for scientific research achievements of higher education in Jilin Province, director of Jilin Higher Education Association, member of China Institute of Communication and member of Jilin Robotics Association.

尹晶，毕业于长春理工大学物理电子学专业，工学硕士，副教授，硕士生导师。现任长春电子科技学院科研处副处长。吉林省科技创业导师；发表论文30余篇，其中SCI 1篇，EI 2篇，北大核心7篇；主持及参与省级教/科研项目12项；获批发明专利1项，实用新型专利15项；获批长春市科技发展计划项目重点研发项目1项；吉林省教育厅科研项目1项；教育厅高教改革重点项目2项，获吉林省高等教育科研成果奖5项；吉林省高教学会理事、中国通信学会会员、吉林省机器人学会会员。
