Han Li，graduated from Guilin University of Science and Technology, majoring in materials science, master of engineering, associate professor,member of Jilin Communication Association. Served as Deputy Director of School of Opto electronic Science.Published more than 20 papers, including 9core papers of Peking University；Presided over and participated in 10 provincial-level teaching/scientific research projects,three industry-university cooperative education projects of the Ministry of Education,and two scientific research project of Jilin Provincial Department of Education,and won 1 awards for scientific research achievements of higher education in Jilin Province; granted 1 invention patent and 8 utility model patents.

李含，毕业于桂林理工大学材料学专业，工学硕士，副教授，吉林省通信学会会员。现任长春电子科技学院光电科学学院副院长。发表论文20余篇，其中北大核心9篇；主持及参与省级教/科研项目10余项，获批教育部产学合作协同育人项目3项，吉林省教育厅项目2项，吉林省高等教育科研成果奖1项；获批发明专利1项，实用新型专利8项。
