*The 2021 International Conference on Optics and Communication Technology (ICOCT 2021) has been held on August 6-8, 2021 in Nanjing, China. All accepted papers has been indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus. Due to the COVID-19 prevention and control and travel restrictions, the conference also provided the form of the online video conference.
